Staff Training and Development in an Adult Mental Health Hospital

A large private hospital chain identified the need to train all its staff (including Consultant Psychiatrists, Domestic staff and Nurses) in a series of bespoke topics, including whistle-blowing and bullying and harassment awareness. Sarah designed and delivered bespoke courses which included bullying and harassment, and whistle blowing for all staff within the organisation.

Sarah received 100% positive feedback from delegates on the courses. She used informal workshop-style sessions, as well as more structured seminar-style sessions, both of which equipped delegates with practical information and thought-provoking areas for consideration. As a result, delegates’ own awareness of the key areas were significantly raised, leading to a better-informed and positive workforce.
