Sarah is an Independent Consultant who runs her own consultancy business, SLeonard Associates Limited based in Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire.
Sarah holds a BA in French (she is a fluent French speaker), an MSc in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, and is BPS (A+B) qualified, specialising in 16pf5.
After a distinguished career in industry HR, she set up SLeonard Associates in 2009, becoming limited in 2014, to offer specialist expertise to large organisations, and generalist HR support to smaller organisations.
Sarah works closely and sensitively with CEOs and Chairs of organisations, most notably in large, medium and small NFP and Charitable organisations. Sarah’s relevant experience includes investigating and resolving complex and sensitive employee problems from the highest to most operational parts of large organisations. Sarah is also skilled in workplace mediation and facilitation at top-level leadership in organisations. She sees the ‘bigger picture’ and, in the words of one of her clients, ‘just gets it.’
Sarah has conducted numerous reviews and investigations into top-level and senior leadership in organisations, making strong recommendations for solutions. She has rolled out and delivered multi-disciplinary training workshops Sarah has helped to resolve some complicated, destructive, workplace relationships for numerous clients of varying size and sector.
Finally, Sarah actively supports a number of charities local to her and dear to her heart. She has also helped ex-forces personnel to find their feet upon leaving the forces.
